Bobbie Winter, LMHC, MA
Bobbie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who gained her Master of Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. She works with individuals 18+ and partners in committed relationships. She welcomes all to her practice.
She started out by teaching at Portland State University, and then spending 25 years in the Seattle tech industry. Throughout her careers Bobbie has focused on enablement and skill building and sees counseling as an extension of that. Helping clients gain the tools and skills they need to make changes toward their best life is her mission.
She's a direct therapist, and often works from perspectives of Acceptance and Commitment therapy (acknowledging what is, and committing to change), Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and honoring the mind-body connection through nervous system regulation.
She brings a lifetime of experience as a mother, teacher, geek, care giver, cancer survivor, and dog mom. A professional communicator for 25 years, she also holds a MA in Rhetoric and Communication.

Theresa Bowes, LMHC
Theresa is a licensed mental health counselor with nearly 30 years of experience. She works with people 18+, and has a special interest and skill in working with couples. Theresa also has additional training in grief and loss, and often works with those with a history of abuse or trauma.
Her approach is solution-focused and client-centered with the belief that you are coming to therapy for tools, ideas, and strategies that you may not have tried before. She uses a collaborative approach, inviting you to try things you may not have tried before; if one skill set doesn't work for you, she can explore with you others which may be more in line with your experience.
Theresa sees clients anywhere in the state of Washington, and sees clients virtually.
