About Supervision with Bobbie
I've spent 30 years helping people build skills to achieve their next goals in life.
As a supervisor, I encourage associates to explore their own truths about the therapist they want to be, providing scaffolding and support as you do so. You're the expert on you as a therapist. I am a guide with resources, experience, and compassion.
Supervision with me is a collaboration rooted in respect and transparency, building a relationship that supports you in your growth as you determine what it means to be a therapist. As a skills-based therapist myself, and a process expert with a long technical career, I offer associates tools and strategies for building and running your practice as well as those to use with your clients.
I offer discounted supervision for the first 50% of your hours.
I am especially passionate about working with associates who are:
- Building their own practices.
- Seeking support in navigating the licensure process while maintaining self-care and a healthy life-work balance.
- Serving diverse populations and considering the impact our structures and institutions have immediately and intergenerationally.
- Changing careers (or shifts in educational programs)
- Brining a feminist lense to their work.
- Members of communities traditionally excluded or marginalized societally, as well as within the helping professions.
